Arrest of criminals belonging to same family

Sir,
There was an attempt to murder on me in the court premises by the family where I gone to attend court for final decree proceeding. After the attempt to murder two members of the family were arrested and rest of them ran away from the scene of crime. Being profusely bleeding I could not file the FIR instead my son was called to file FIR in the concerned PS. Time and again I requested the IO to arrest other members but they could not arrest. Finally I approached High Court with writ petition there are I am not successful to bring the culprits on record. The reason for my dismissal of writ petition was Police already filed charge sheet against two accused.
In such a situation what is the remedy open for me. The whole family is involved in the attempt to murder.
