Propery Dispute

I am Naushad Ali,I have 1 brother and 1 sister, My father want to give his all property to my sister(My sister is married, but Living with us due to some problem).Here I Want to ask a question that is I have any right to challenge my father decision.
Pls advice me

If property is self acquired then he has every right to distribute the same as per his own sweet will.

Under Mohammadan Law, you both the brothers are entitled to inherit the property of your father and your sister has got no right therein so you can obtain stay order even from Shara court.
