legality of second cousins gettin married each other?

i love my father's mother's brother's daughter's son.. I wanna marry him. Is our marriage legally valid? Wat are the punishments we get if our parents files case against us..how to save us from them..

There is no legal hurdle to marry such girl as this relation does not come within prohibited relations.

thanks for your reply. are we coming under sapindas relationship? If then according to HMA its prohibited. So please clarify me how it's allowed?

there is no legal problems involved in the marriage.

however,in different part of our country different practices/customs exists.

by violating such customs,you may have to face the threat/wrath of such communities.

if you are prepared to face such things if any,go ahead.

Your spindas are entirely different so there is no hurdle even under HMA.

Two persons are said to be sapindas to each other if one is a lineal ascendant of the other within the sapinda relationship or if they have a common lineal ascendant who is with in the limit of sapinda relationship with reference of each other.
