joining letter verification

Dear Experts,

I have some doubt with my joining letter, its a contract base letter. And it might be expired. So i thought my company have no any authority to ask me for notice period. I would like to share screenshot. Please take a look and suggest.


Attachment not showing... Please find the attachment matter as below.

Joining:-
a) Your date of joining is effective from on 01.08.2011.
b) That this contractual agreement will automatically come to an end with the closing hours on 31.07.2012.
c)That your agreement will be further subject to the verification of your credentials, testimonials and other particulars mentioned by you in your application at the time of your joining.


I had never singed any kind of letter after July 2012. So please suggest I am still have to give notice period?

You have not received further any notice from your company and going on regularly with sign on document which clear your presentation and you receive salary as usual. The situation is in your favour. in other way the said company join you as permanent.It is noted that each paper is evidence for your future reference.
