Learned Advocate please suggest me…
I have purchased a plot in Mysore, Karnataka, where by the sellers are 8 LR`s out of 8 LR`s 3 are residing very far and they are not ready to come for registration or executing the sale deed, except those 3 people all the 5 executed the Sale deed in my favour 2 years back and the considerations are divided by all 8 LR`s of the deceased, nowadays the plot prices are gone up and now I am worried how to get a consent deed from the 3 peoples, if I directly approach them they will demand a huge money and the 4 other people who are executed the sell deed by promising me to get the consent deed are now denying,
Please suggest the way, other than Consent deed like shall I file a cheating case against the 5 peoples who are all executed the sale deed in my favour excluding 3 brothers and sisters.

how could you have parted with sale considertaion without having the sale deed registered in your favour . did you not consult a local lawyer .?
you have to show the agreement entered into with the LRs to some local lawyer and take his opinion .
