Passport renewable

Sir, I am basically from Mumbai and my passport is also from mumbai, but since last couple of years I am placed in hyderabad & my passport has to be renewed. Can i renew my passport in hyderabad or do i have to go back to mumbai which is difficult at the moment. Please advise - Thank you

if you have shifted to hyderbad and dont have residential adress in mumbai then passport will have to be made in hyderabad
