My case is going on since January 2017 and this July 2018, my husband has been declared Ex-parte. Next date to close the evidence given by court is 30 November which is too long, as my case is pending more than a year. Please suggest. Can I give any case reference in the court with the request application to prepone my divorce orders. Or is there any other way out?

Close your eyes tight. Turn to january page of your calendar. More importantly dont put your head court side.

No way out. The Family Court usually give long date for ex-parte evidence and after that a date fixed for argument followed by final order. The reason for bit delay in the ex-parte divorce process is to give sufficient time to the respondent to get ex-parte proceedings set aside and present his defense in the case, otherwise once case is finalized the setting aside ex-parte decree and order and reopening the whole case proceedings is a cumbersome process and time consuming, just to avoid all that process and save precious time of the court the matter is given long dates. By end of the year or early next year you will get decree of divorce if your husband not appearing to reopen the divorce case once again.
