Whether venue of Annual General Meeting can be changed after notice has been depatched to shareholders and the same is published.
Arul Kumar (Expert) 02 August 2010
It should be done in reasonable time.
Daksh (Expert) 02 August 2010
The company should have a justifiable cause and reason for the same as well, otherwise it is accountable to its shareholders and statutory body/ies as well.

Thanks to all for your replies

But can't it be sufficient to publish the notice for change in venue and intimate to Stock Exchange as shares of company are listed and not to give separate intimation to shareholders as the same is published for their information.
