Execution in a Summary Suit

Hi,

Please advice as what is the remedy available in case of Execution in a Summary Suit. One of my knowns are facing this issue as their brother does not stay with them but court has passed execution ,the people are visitng them and harrasing them, they are staying in a rented house.

Please advice how they can save themselve from this harrasment.

Execution on which decree? Actually whats the lower court judgment?

Unless the terms of the decree under execution are known,it would not be possible to give any useful opinion.

details of decree and prayer in the execution application are required for rendering legal opinion

what is the relief granted to your friend in the said decree is required to answer.The only deference in summary and other suits are with regard to pre- trial procedure. Execution is one and the same.
