We would like to know validity and/or eligibility of questions was asked in Rajya Sabha and their respective answers in the eye of law under Evidence Act. Are they valid in support of any contention of either party as raised or replied in litigations?

No. Those questions or discussions of Parliament are not meant for evidence before court of law except recorded therein.

No procedure and discussions made at any Legislative Assembly can be supported in any case law under Indian Evidence Act.

If the member of the house is expressing any views, regarding any pending cases, if that view is relevant and important to decide the case, that member can be called as a witness.
