Divorce without any alimony

if a husband has the proof of the illegal relationship of his wife with other man in form of printouts of exchange of emails with regards to illegal relationship and a written letter from her that she has been disloyal and will not repeat the same again. then can he divorce her and free himself without having to give any alimony to his wife (if the wife is already separated for more then one year from him)

Second question :

is it that after three years of separation the divorce takes place by default without having to file it or fulfill the formalities?

- e-mails and letters can be denied and hence may not stand as proof.
- divorce without alimony not possible
- there is no 'divorce by default'

by default seting does not apply in updated softwares.updates shall be given regularly on once decided basis.u can deny updates only in case software is corrupt or infected with virus.cheers(updated software here i means valid marriage and updates are fixed sums of amount to be regularly given to wife)

Default Divorce doesnot happen.

Alimony depends on many factors and yes, in case the girl is at fault, nominal or no alimony is granted to her by the courts.

THe wife is an MBA and working. there is a written letter by her which she wrote in front of her parent and brother at her house in native place which states that she will not cheat again after which again she continued cheating. there is a print of email which shows vulgar communication in between herself and her boyfriend. the religion is Bengali. from last more then one year she is in different state away from her husband in her parents house. Is divorce possible without alimony? Marriage was performed as per Bengali customs but not registered, her father used to always postpone or ignore registration matter.
