disqualification attached to murder convict

Whether the conviction in murder case is in itself a disqualification for public employment in the future?

Thats depends upon that department proceedings.. Ipc didn't speaks anything about it..

Yes, conviction in a murder case, itself is a disqualification for employment in Government organizations, the case being treated as of moral turpitude.

Conviction in a murder case amounts to "moral turpitude" and thus the convicted person is disqualified from any public employment.

There are Apex Court rulings in this regard.
