Dear sir,

Recently court dismissed my civil suit
order 7 rule 1 section 26 CPC for recovery of possession from defendant based on veelunama.

Now am I eligible to file partition suit as no veelunama exists

You have repeated the same question in this forum earlier also to which many experts have given proper replies.
If the Will has been dismissed then it can be considered as an invalid instrument, hence the next option before you is to go for partition with the other shareholders either amicably or through a suit for partition through a court of law

What do you mean by the term "Veelunama" used by you in your repeated query ?
You did not post all relevant facts, as observed by learned expert, Mr. P Venu, is there any point in concealing your problem ?
