(It is for software service provder to the banks)I want to add a clause in the service level agreements explaining the IP Rights and all rights are vested. My Company is registered under copyrights.

You have to draft in accordance to the facts:

ex:

Whereas the __________Company(Service Provider) shall hold, have & retain its exclusive rights in relation to the rights in _______________ (software) for the ___________(co.) has registered the said product under The Copyrights Act.

You can expand the above clause & increase its complexicity including the proper details.
