Orginal documents lost in court

Had submitted orginal title deed of my site to court for a case regarding that same property. But now I'm not able to get back my documents from court! What should I do to get my original title deed?

Must not fail to sue the concerned court for deficiency in service and claim appropriate damages. Let the court also face the heat of law.

By the way, what is special secret in your query that compelled you to Keep yourself as anonymous?

I fully agree with expert Mr. PS Dhingra, consult a local lawyer to file a suit, consumer complaint and/ or police complaint against concerned officials.

Thank you. My lawyer is telling the documents are destroyed by court. Can the court destroy documents like that? He is telling to get certified copy of deed ! Is it valid?
