(Querist) 05 June 2018 This query is : Resolved
dear sir,

iam a defendent in the follwing case. The CNR number of the case is : APGU01-000890-2016.Actually on 26-04-2018 the case was reserved for judgement to 26-06-2018. But on the next date the judgement was given in the favor of the pliantif without hearing the arguments of the defendent.
Due to holidays in may it was not updated also.We came to know this on 03/06/2018.Can anyone suggest me what steps we need to take now?

Thanks in advance

When the case is posted as Reserved for Judgement that time it self your advocate should have pleaded for defense side argument.

Now once the judgement is pronounced Appeal would be the only remedy.

Discuss with local Good Senior Advocate.

Dear sir,

Actually the appeal time counts on what basis?.The problem is the judgement copy is not yet served, due to summer holidays. The time for appeal is 30days (as per my knowledge). As it counts on days or working days?

Thanks in advance

Time for Appeal depends on the Courts and Cases.

Normally even if there is delay it could be justified with valid reasons for eg as narrated by you and the Courts would certainly agree and accept the Appeal Petition.

The facts posted are less than convincing; may be, you have not posted the complete facts.
