Dear sir
I run a online service provider company, and after getting services customer saying I am not
Satisfied with your services and saying for fir. I had sent terms and conditions also then he is saying don't this I want only refund. Than I sent Registered notice In which I had mentioned all Disputes will solved in civil court /arbitration act and arbitrator is appointed by company please contact.

Sir after this also he can file fir or I have to refund suggest me. Thanks

The consumer can register an FIR if there is prima facie evidence of cheating.

Lawyer suggest me to send notice by registered post same I have done. In notice how grievances of customer will be solved. It's is good or not and same I have sent through email.
