Cheque Returned by the bank

Dear Experts,
I have a bank account in the name of Sanjay Sharma and another side I have a Insurance policy in the name of Sanjay Kumar Sharma. I have got my refund cheque from the Insurance co. when I deposited this cheque into the bank, Bank has returned objecting that the account holder title is in complete. Pls tell me how to handle this situation.

Submit proof to the Banker to the effect that both are one and same.

Sanjay ji! This is very simple matter. You are a lawyer and this is very very petty matter to be raised here. Convince your banker.
