Dear Sir
I am Sanjay Kumar Sinha R/O Ghaziabad, i would like to say that one of my neighbors had taken advance Rs. 225000/-by cheques for transfer of booking of society flat which is in his name, but i have got sudden heart atteck & i had to go for oppen heart surgery.After long time i came back from hospital,person who has taken money desappeared from my colony.After so many correspondence by mail , he accepted to return my money but now he refused to return my money as his builder is not return his advance due to so loner time.Plz note that we dont have any written agreement between neighbore & me.Only mail copy with me.Plz advice what to do in this case.

File criminal case of cheating .
You can file civil suit as well to recover the money.

Dear Querist
This transation is not come under the crimnal offence, you can file a civil suit before civil court for recovery of your money.

Dear Mr Sinha,
If you have a photo copies of the cheques and along with that you can attach copies of the mail communication between him and you and file a F.I.R with the local jurisdictional police station.
If local police refuses to accept your FIR then you can directly file an application Under Section 156(3) of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to the Chief Judicial Magistrate of your jurisdiction.

I don't have photocopy of cheque but cheaques has been debited from account.If any way to recover my money, plz let me know.Thanks
