Are you sure you have seen the sides not from your own sides, but from the sides of the house, which a person can see by standing inside the house by facing towards the front door?

The Will Deed is sought to be cancelled in the case filed by you , the Will Deed is mentioned in the Plaint and Will Deed is to be cancelled - no need to mention the boundaries of th properties mentioned in the Will Deed which is sought to be cancelled- The Will Deed -Document is sought to be cancelled - not the boundaries of the property mentioned in the Will Deed . However you are advised to consult with your Advocate on Record of your case and Your local Advocates with facts of the Case . With Regards !

If the Will contains incorrect description of boundaries or description of property then you can execute another Will on the same subject matter and mention that with its execution the earlier Will becomes null and void or inoperative.
That will do.

Mr. Devajyoti Barman absolutely right just execute another will with right description of rpoperty and cancel all previous will.
