Which incident occurred? Why do you want to file a suit? Without stating the facts how can one give you reply? Consult a local advocate for better guidance.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 28 March 2024
If pecuniary jurisdiction falls in the court subordinate to district court then you cannot approach district court directly.
Guru (Querist) 28 March 2024
actually sir, I needs to file suite on Police offer . I have many clear evidences . court and police station are beside each other . and most of lawyers local and this police officer also local to this place . so might put pressure on lawyer in some way . might be case delay or wrong turn. so I thinking to move directly to district level court . so it possible sir ?

and may I know sir , do I need to put criminal suite or civil suite ? on this police officer . thank you .

You cannot use the court or law to your convenience.
You are governed by the law of land hence you cannot ask law to accommodate your whims .
ADVOCATE MOHAMMAD AMAAN (Expert) 28 March 2024
As per facts narrated above, I think you are aggrieved with some Police Officer or other person in your area and you want to take legal recourse against them.
If you have any grievance or there is criminal act or action against you and you want to lodge FIR against a Police Officer or any other person but the Police Authorities refused to accept or lodge your complaint then you should approach the Higher Authority of Police (SP or Commissioner) under section 154(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
Even if the Higher authorities doesn't act accordingly then you can approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate and file a complaint under section 156(3).

I hope this will help you.
