Hi All,
As i post in my prior queries i have two DV acts pending from my wife and from my mother side. My wife is residing with my mother and i m residing separately. Just to close all the cases sooner my mother offer the one room set to me and my wife in front of judge and she will make my wife and me joint owner of the flat. My wife except the offer and case has been sent to mediation cell. But now wife is saying that she need half of the share in property and not the single room and at least the two room set. However my mother is giving me the same what is exactly equals to my share in property.
Not sure why she refusing this offer, as earlier she is saying yes in court.
Can you please advise if this can be in favor of my mother that why my wife still want to be reside in this property? Or can this be show as a property issue rather than dv act.

I would like to do the Law through correspondence because Iam working. I finish B.Com in 2006 & 12th correspondence last year (2013). Kindly advice me what course, how the formalities to join, fees structure all other related details if possible. i was planning to join last year itself. But lack of advice I cannot able to join.
particularly I need the fees structure minimally.

if any person heaving an insurance agency, and passed his examination of ll b special, than he is entitle to get sanad with permission to work as an insurance agent part time or not? as per p.e.

Is it necessary to apply application for proclamation of offenders in cout. or the court will do it without the request of the plaintiff?

Dear Ld Members,
I gave a complaint against my FIL for violating APCS(Conduct)Rules 1964 as there is no response I filed RTI it was deemed refusal on the PIO, so complaint filed pending in APIC
Que’n:
Can anyone[other than me] give a complaint against Public Servant [School Asst] who violated A.P.C.S.(Conduct) Rules 1964 enclosing of 498a case C.S/L.W.Statements/Memo/FIR/Complaint Copy which states that he himself Violated Rules i.e. giving dowry, abetting while giving dowry, spending more than 1,00,000 in a year.
Doubt:
Would there be any consequences against them [the one who filed a complaint] for filing a complaint against FIL to his office.

Dear Forum members,
I had filed RTI on my FIL who had filed 498a case through his daughter. I didnt get any reply 4 my RTI, but the complaint against PIO is pending before SIC.
In reply to that he wrote a letter to my Office that a criminal [498a] case and civil [divorce/maintenance] suits were pending against me in the court of Law and misusing RTI.
After this complaint my Office superirors called me and asked me to settle the matters immediately in 6 months or else my job would be in trouble.
Still nothing has been settled, further company asked me to leave the job.
Did he violate my Human Rights by writing a letter to my office only for filing RTI against him, If so, can i file any civil suit [tort] against him.
Please suggest any valuable solutions.

two of my friends have given a friendly loan in cash to a known person.instead of that he gave them a post dated account payee cheque.later on it got bounced.we contacted the person he asked us to redeposit the same after one month.again it got bounced.we finally consulted an advocate and even send him a legal notice.after 15 days he didnt replied to that notice.we are now filing a case against him.what are the chances of getting the money back.

Sealing of office and bank account by police
One of my NRI friends who runs a software company last month a cheating case under IPC 420 was filed by some political back ground people . He was arrested and his bank accts and office has been sealed illegally by the police people.
what is the procedure under CrPc which section that the petition can be made to the magistrate court handling this case and how long it takes . we have also complained to Human rights about this matter .
