Unde section 10 sub section(2) of the maharahstra ownership flat act once the declaration register and inform registered under MOFA act, it shall not be lawful to form co-operative
Is there any authority/ bombay high court case law on that?If yes kindly send me citition of the same

If will is not probate or it is not interpretated by the competent court then and the person who make will is died then in the meantime who will be the owner of that property ?
property inherited by 3 ways i.e. sucession, Survivorship and WILL here is question is Succession ship supersede other 2 ways of inheritance?

Hi Sir/Madam,
My Name is Mahesh. I got married on June, 2010. Till the day I got married, I have been facing problems with her arrogance nature. Her family is some how richer than us. I came from poor background and have family responsibilities. I have take care of my older parents and my sister's marriage. My wife always relates the love with the money. I tried to convince her somany times. But she never understood. She always compares her life with her sister who was married with a rich person. She complains to their parents in her favour. They know her attitude but they are supporting her and trying to threaten me to make her happy. Please give me a solution for this. Now she is pregnent. Still she finds the ways to fight with me, sometimes threatens me by saying that " You are not caring me, I will commit suicide". I cant live with her. Can you plese suggest me what can I do now.

seller is an NRIin usa he is not able to come for registry and has issued a gpa through us embessy to a person not a blood relative of him for a originally alloted flat in a multi story appartment by unitech builder in gurgaon

Can a brother, who is already a farmer, gift agriculture land to his sister according to Maharashtra law? Can a sister claim farmer status automatically as a result of her brothers being farmers?

My father willed his self acquired property to my mother for her life time use and after her demise to my brother and me. My mother passed away in 1996 and my brother is not ready for getting the property mutated. I want to know if I can sell or transfer the portion bequeath to me to a real estate agent or a builder right now. The property is yet to be mutated in our names and is on lease hold.

I have a query, which is as follows :
1.if father transfer his self acquired property to his daughter by registered will. Will son do anything / fight against for his share in the property, pls advice?
2. If daughter wants to sell the self acquired property (free hold property) which she got through will from her father, any noc is require from her brother to sell the same.

I WANT TO EXECUTE A RELINQUISHMENT DEED WITHOUT CONSIDERATIONBIN FAVOUR OF MOTHER FOR PROPERTY OF MY FATHER WHO DIED INTESTATE AND FOR WHICH I HAVE RIGHTS.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING :
