Will

If 'A' makes will in favour of his brother 'B'. Subsequently 'B' dies before the death of 'A'.

1. What will be the fate of will?

2. If after the death of 'B' , 'A' has never executed any other will or cancelled will in her life time then can legal heirs of 'B' take benefit of that will after the death of 'A''?
How far sec105 Indian succession act is applicable?

Pls answer the query it has been posted 4th time pls.

When the State Govt Employee or any central government employee or any public officer is caught while taking bribe under the anti corruption act , he/she will be arrested and produced before the magistrate. Once he obtains bail he is drawing fifty percent of his salary. my question is 1. How many months he / she will get the 50 percent salary, a certain limited period or till the trial is over. if so what is the time limit I mean how many months will they receive the 50 percent salary.

Answer: If the person is booked in criminal case than upto 180 days he or she will receive the 50% of salary if inquiry continues after that period for no fault of that employee than he or she is eligible for 75 % of salary.

If I Am right than tell me as per section the above mentions says.

consumer complaint

My friend parked his Bike in parking area outside a Mall after getting parking slip on payment of Rs.10/-.

When he came outside the Mall after 2 hrs he was shocked to see that the side cover of bike was broken and battery was not there, when he checked properly it was found that the battery and other wires were missing.

It must be done actively in conievance of parking staff with theives and Mall staff.

Now can my friend file a consumer complaint in district forum for "Deficiency in Service" again the Mall management.

Bhopal gaz trajedy judgement

Hello,
I'm a journalist based in Delhi writing a paper for a specialized law journal in Switzerland called Plaidoyer. I'm looking for comments from Indian lawyers on the recent judgement regarding the Bhopal gaz trajedy.
I would like to know what Indian lawyers think of it: was it a fair judgment, can it be compared to other previous judgments, how can it influence further judments, etc.
Thank you kindly,
Andree-Marie Dussault
