When the State Govt Employee or any central government employee or any public officer is caught while taking bribe under the anti corruption act , he/she will be arrested and produced before the magistrate. Once he obtains bail he is drawing fifty percent of his salary. my question is 1. How many months he / she will get the 50 percent salary, a certain limited period or till the trial is over. if so what is the time limit I mean how many months will they receive the 50 percent salary.

Answer: If the person is booked in criminal case than upto 180 days he or she will receive the 50% of salary if inquiry continues after that period for no fault of that employee than he or she is eligible for 75 % of salary.

As far your first query is concerned, you hvealready given the answer. There is no sectino as such but there are service rules which provide for this.

I have heard of a gratitutuous but non of nn gratitutous. it is obivious that the opposite of graitutous is not gratituous act.The gratitutous act means that an act where one is not under obligation to do but is performed only to help the other without any charges.

The contractual tenancy is a tenacy which is created under a contratt and continues to exit till the agreement. The statutory tenancy is a tenancy though the same has arlready come to an end but the person can not be thrown out and is protected under the relevant law prevalent in that area. nadnwani advocate

An act is gratuitous when some thing is done for a person & is done for free, without expectation of payment or without any consideration.Eg- you do something for your relative, cook food, give some present etc
When the acts are not intended to be gratuitous, they are non-gratuitous acts. Eg- when a company provides training to its employee that is non gratuitous act, as it is intended and expected that the employee will use the training to serve the company better,
