P2p scam with me on binance

Around 15-20 days before i get messages of 30k was hold by cyber crime so i go to bank and fill a application and today i got the message of that your account has been stop by partial stop by cyber cell and i didn’t know what the meaning did the will take my kyc and reopen that account or they freeze my account and i have one more question that did my all account can be freeze which are on other bank and i didn’t do any transfer with them and one lawyer said they can because they want to scare my so that i can pay them

Electric issue - industrial - 3 phase - 35 kw

We are running galvanising plant from last five years. We are having electric power connection of 35 KW from 11 KV supply. The distributor changed the existing meter along with CT. Earlier the CT was of 200/5 and now they change it to 100/5. and hence the Multiple factor is also changed in billing from 0.5 to 1 without any justification.

Ptcl act applicable or not on 1932 grant land

Please let me know the Supreme/High court decision/judgement on PTCL act Retrospective not applicable for the before 1978 Land purchaser.
Karnataka Govt granted land to SC/ST around 1932 & Other party purchased in 1945.
Need Advice/suggestion on this situation.
Is this come under PTCL act.
There was no conditions in 1932 on Grant land as per Grant letter, is there truble on this.
What are grounds/possibilities available for Purchaser of Grant land.

Final payment through dd for purchase of flat

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am purchasing a residential flat. I want to know that should I hand over the remaining amount of money (the full and final amount) in form of DEMAND DRAFT before the registration of flat at Sub registrar office.

My property seller is saying that he requires DD Two days before the registration date for some documentation formalities.

My actual query is related to timing of handing over of DD to the seller? Won't it be problematic if I handover DD to him before final execution of sale registry. Pls guide me

False complaints

Buyer had purchased an property which was duly registered by sub registrar and mutation also done. After a year the seller being influenced person made complaint to police that money is due from buyer as per agreement. Police also biased. What remedy left to buyer. Please advise urgently.
