Dear Sir
This is to bring your kind notice that my seniours are putting pressure on me to put my resignation without any reasons. I have also complaint this thing to HR as well as to the legal head of the organisation, even i have put 25 mail to them in one month period, but they did not respond any one of them, i asked my seniours to give me the mail on written that put your resignation, but they are not doing so, but day on day basis they are putting pressure. due to taht my wife got minor attack and doctor told me that this is due to tension, i have also send them the medical certificates for the same, we are forced to work on national holidays labour day as well as sunday.
My travelling exp with the company is 120000 inr is pending and asking me to go on tour.
So rquest you to please suggest me that what to do?

are Memorandum of understanding legally binding where the MOU clearly states that the company shall pay for the expenditure of the Police personnel for utilising their services.
Can legal action be initiated through public demands recovery act?

Respected Sir,
I am 40 yrs old living in rural area of Haryana by birth. Before my birth about 12 yrs back my father had purchased a land for residence purpose about 1000 sq.yard by registry. But one land about more than 500 sq yard adjoining the same land seized (possession , Kabaja) by my father. At the time of possession of that land no one has claimed of that land as ownership, later on from reliable sources we came to know that possessed land pertains to some schedule casts people which was allotted at the time of origin of village.Till now same land is under my control (possession)last more than 50 years, and construct a temporary house for cattles and boundary wall of possessed land included our own land. In between my father expired in may 2005. I have registry papers of purchased land only and no other papers of possessed land. But now the legal heirs of that possessed land are claiming as ownership.
By the above facts I want help of your expert knowledge as:
(i)How can I become the legal owner of controlled (Kabjawala, possessed)land.
(ii)Is there any provision in THE INDIAN EASEMENT ACT, LIMITATION ACT or any other Act relating to the property.
(iii) Please quote the latest provision in Law relating to my case at state level.

HOW TO ARRIVE AT MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SHARE CAPITAL REQUIRED IN CASE OF CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING?
(WE HAVE DEMOLISHED THE OLD BUILDING & CONSTRUCTED NEW BUILDING. COST OF CONSTRUCTION OF OLD BUILDING WAS ABOUT RS. 4 LACS, HOWEVER, COST OF NEW BUILDING IS ABOUT RS. 90 LACS.)

We are manufacturing of Excise duty exempted product and also trading the same product.
Whether we have to file excise returns if file how to show the trading activity of the same product and we have the tariff code for that how to get the notification numbers.

Sir my grandfathers father having agriculture land in panvel maharashtra.he was having 3 son & one daughter including my grandfather.After his death older brother of my grandfather put his name in 7 12 extract. therefore my grandfather and so my father name is not in that extract.
now there are 16 names(son & grandson of my grandfather older brother) in that extarct & they are demanding money from me to give me my share.
Is there any way that i can get my share?
how much time & money will cost me?

Dear sir,
An employee in a Central govt depot,has been working for 20 years in the organisation by submitting fake caste certificate at the time of his appointment. He is in fact falling in EBC Category ,But he is now working under ST certificate.How to prove or may someone lodge a complaint against his usage of caste certificate because ,known to me that, not only him,he's also using the same fake caste for his children's education too.How to proceed legally to stop him and what are the consequences If he is proved guilty? please reply sir, it's very much needed info.

Summon in Summary Suit
Sir I have filed a summary suit u/o 37 CPC and on first hearing date judge ruled that the court will give you the summon and you shall serve the same on defendant personally.I said may I serve the defendant through court then judge said no you by yourself will serve the defendant.Now should I pray to court to entertain the suit as a regular suit and not as a summary suit as I am not sure that defendant will be served by me personally ?
