Dear Sir,
My wife has updated her name on aadhaar back to her name before marriage.This was on account of our differences wherein she left matrimonial home went to her parents,lodger FIR u/s 498A/406.
Few months later she withdrew her FIR before filing of chargesheet and since then has been living with me harmoniously.
now she wants to continue with her aadhaar after marriage as she has both aadhaar with same number and biometrics but with different surnames.
she cannot further update it as name change limit of 2 times is exhausted.
Can she use her old aadhaar with after marriage surname ? Is it legally valid?

There was a RTI query about me and my colleague(95% on him). It was forwarded by the so called serving employee(but did not mention his employee i.d. or employee no.). The address which was given is Bogus. The mobile which was given was somebody else.
My question is Whether we can call that mobile number and ask him about whether he has sent a RTI query? If not, can we ask him to represent that the RTI was not made by him .
Though it is not serious issue, i just want to know who has done that? it may be closely working with me. Your advice on this is requested.

I am single owner of property and i want to sell my flat. I have an outstanding loan from a bank for 22lakhs which will be offset by bank transaction when buyer will be able to get the disbursement from the same bank and branch.
I have been reaching out to society secratary to take advise whether he will be able confirm that there is no issues what so ever in bank format of noc and society can give us sign once we submit the sale agreement copy.
However he is delaying replies and not even bothered to reply us in timely manner, he is just saying he will speak to advovate and let us know and advocate is on leave and doesnt know when she returns back form her leave.
Also i have medical emergency because of which i need money and want to close loan as its getting difficutl to pay hence selling it off.
The bank has provided request letter as well so that they can create mortgage and close this transaction via bank
1. Is registration mandatory to be done
though we are unsure about whether society will give NOC in bank prescribed format or not?
2. Is society NOC really mandatory for bank to disburse loan
3. What to do if society is nit entertaining me though all dues with regards to society are very clear from my side.
Can someone please help me here🙏

Our lands belonging to different individuals were encroached by AAI in 1962. we approached ministry officials and even aviation minister for the payment. As no result, we filed suit in The High court and The Honourable Court advised the state Government to legalise . Then in 2001, through notification ,RDO agreed to pay Rs 6.50 /sqft with out consulting us. He considered the value of sale of land about 6.5 KM away.. After collecting the first installment ,under protest, we not received the balance amount for 2-3 years. We approached High Court again ,for the balance amount and got it delayed.
In The Lower court we fought and we won the case. court ordered to pay Rs 100/sqft and interest and solatium etc We agreed that even though lGuide line value was more than that. Then after crossing the allowed time to file counter , RDO of another area filed the petition in High Court telling that ,he was not aware of the case and so hence condone the delay of payment.( Earlier the case was in one court and then the case was shifted to another court.). when collector , RDO 0f first court area ,sub collector all aware of this shifting ,how RDO of new area can argue that he is not aware. It is sure that when files were shifted RDO o the previous /collector has informed him, Meanwhile, High court wanted to pay the part of amount deposited with court ,but objected. So the court ordered to pay 70% . and to deposit the balance 30% in FD for TWO Years
. Means we can not get justice now. We are all aged ,some have passed away , One Retired High court Judge is also part of Group.. What is your advise? Can we send complaint to CJI so that he may consider our letter for PLI, We are waiting for the justice from 1962 ie 60 YEARS

I resigned from an IT services company on 19 April 2022 due to better opportunity and dis-satisfaction. As per the appointment letter, an employee has to give 3 months notice before leaving the company. After serving 45 days of serving notice, the manager has assigned a new task and asked me to complete it before last working day (18th July 2022). otherwise he do not want to issue relieving letter. The date of joining in the other compay will be on 25 July 2022. If not joined on this date, the offer will be cancelled. If the current company will not issue relieving letter before 25th July 2022, I will become jobless. I would not continue the current job after last working day.
If the company will not issue relieving letter on completion of last working day, can I file the case in court. Please help.

My friend XXX marries ZZZ aged about 17 years during pendency of divorce with his 1st wife.
Soon after marriage his 1st wife file complaint for Bigamy commited by my friend.
Since Bigamy complaint is filed, his 2nd wife leaving him.
His 2nd wife marrying again through marriage register when she turned at 18 years as she apprehend 1st marriage is invalid. She also send that marriage certificate to my friend.
Chargesheet is submitted by police but trial not started. Can my friend go to high court to quash FIR lodged by his 1st wife as my friends 2nd wife is now somebody else's wife ??
