Hello,
I am married for 10 months now and not satisfied with it. I want to end this relationship at the earliest. Please guide me as to how to go about it? Which court do i need to go to? I am located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
Please advice.

My friend working in central governement job and he get married to the lady she belongs to Maharastra and he belongs to Andhra Pradesh. His Brother-in-law(wifes brother) get married and his wife kept 498(a) for all entire family members in nasik police station and my friend and his wife not implicated in the offence and they are falsely implicated. my friend leading marital life happily in andhra pradesh. if any possibility is there to approach the case hereself(in andhra Pradesh)

My friend belongs to andhra pradesh and he is working in central govt.job and he got marrited a lady belongs to maharastra and he comes to his place and continuing his job and both are leading marital life happily and his brother-in-law(wifes brother) got married. the wife of brother-in-law kept the case of 498(a) at Nasic (maharastra) for all the family members and my friends contention is that if any possibility is there from andhra pradesh to release from the 498(a). Please intitmate me as soon as possible

I am working in software firm in Hr dept, we used to sign a service bond from every employee, and keep the xerox copy for our record prupose and orginal we give to an employee
is this a correct practice or shpould i keep original with me and give xerox copy to employee>

Hello SIr ,I want to ask u about my younger sister, she got married in April-2006 and with in month of Dec-2006 she came back at my parent's home, the reason is her husband is having an affiar with his firend's sister.
Intitalyy we try to solve out at our family basis, get together both the families, at that time he promised not to keep any realtion with that girl, but no chang ein his attitude, 2 or 3 time he beat my sister too.
So ,we watn divorce form him and also dont want let him go without any comansatiaon.
so please advice me how we can go further?

tax is illegally enhanced for one house using the same for their own residential purpose, by stating in the sp.notice issued by municipal authorities that it is enhanced on basis o;f G.O.Ms.864 dt 26-11-07, but infact the perusal of the said G.o. is only applicable for commercially used buildings, for which representation is also made to the municipal commissioner to that effect bringing to their notice that enhancement is not applicable as the said building is used for residential purpose. And inspite of receiving and acknowloding the same, the mun.authorities are again and again issuing notices and forcing to pay the tax as per the enhancements. In this position what further steps to be taken to get justice.

Needs clarification towards my prior experience
Respected Sir,
This is john here. I'm a software engineer. Last year i joined a reputed MNC name as "x".But i was there only for one month.I got a good offer from another leading MNC "y".So i joined the new organization"y".In my previous organization "x" i applied for 1 month of sick leave. It's got approved. After 1 month i called to HR & inform them that i need 2 more months leave. The HR asked me to fax the medical certificate. But i did not send & put down my resignation letter to the company "x". After 2 months i got a call from 3 rd party that they are conducting exit interview on behalf of company "x" for those are not gone through normal exit process.The exit interview was telephonic. After that i did not receive any call.The company did not send any letter . When i joined company "x", i submitted my prior experience letter. Now i joined new organization. My concern is that does the company "x" will inform to my prior company. I did not show any experience of company "x". Concern is only for my previous organization.From my previous organization i got proper releiving letter.does it create problem i reference check . Please clarrify it.
