Hello All ,
I need a legal advice about how the property would be distributed among the below family members.
A(Deceased Mother) has a house worth (1Crore) to be distributed among the later generation , and she did not left any will.
A has one son "S1" and 3 daughers "D1 , D2 , D3".
Son S1 is also deceased (after his mother A) her wife "W" has two daughters "WD1" , WD2"
D1 has one Son - "D1S1"
D2 has one daughter - "D2D1"
D3 has two son and one daughter - "D3S1" , "D3S2" , "D3D1"
What will be the share of each individual in percentage ?
What is the maximum share wife W along with her two daughters WD1 , WD2 can claim assuming they are the same party.

Dear all,
my mom borrowed using sale agreement method from someone for 3% interest rate on 2012 Oct and the agreement tenure is 3 years till date we paid 1L interest. on last year July 2017 we requested him to make 1% so we can pay everything, but he refused to take money went to the lawyer notice we also replied for his notice. now they are calling for settlement and asking us to pay 2% interest. My question is if this case goes to the court then how much interest i will be paying for 250000? court will ask us to pay till 2017 July or till the hearing comes whole tenure we have to pay. Dear Sir,
My wife filled false matrimonial cases against me and my family. In 125 maintenance case District Family court ordered for interim maintenance payment , which i am paying to my wife on regular basis from last year. I am going to file my ITR (Income tax Return) , there in which category (in Income Tax Return Form) i can show this interim maintenance payment which i am giving to my wife. Provide me any income tax section or rule number if any have . Please help me in this regard.

Greetings to one and all!
My ex-collegue who is working as Medical Officer in one NGO hospital for the last Four years 7months 7 days. The management has asked to submit resignaton with immediate effect 24/7/2018 in view of the advanced age. Since the Gratuity Act which says that
" For every completed year of service or part thereof in excess of six months, the employees, other than the seasonal employees are entitled to gratuity at the rate of fifteen days’ wages based on the rate of wages last drawn.
Kindly confirm as to whether he is eligible to claim gratuity. Look forward to invaluable support.

I have video evidence and audio evidence against judge where he has simply acted as a pimp of the opposite party.
My petition was not even dismissed but simply rejected after period of 6 months.
I want to complain agianst the judge. I have audio recordings to substantiate my claims that judge is corrupt.
I have video recording that the judge has acted in biased manner.
Where to complaint, whom to complaint.
