hi,i fell in love with a guy for four years.he too loved me.he was afraid that my parents wont agree for our marriage n insisted me to get register marriage before i spoke about dis to my parents.so we got it registered a year back.now my parents say that he s not a good guy n i wont be happy with him.i struggled a lot to convince them but i cant.he too not willing to marry me now.but im afraid as my parents dont know about my register marriage. if i marry someother person and if i happen to register that marriage will the truth come out?

You will be committing a very big blunder if you marry again while the first marriage is subsisting.

You can not marry some other person unless You get a decree of divorce form former. disclose facts to parents.

1.YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR MARRIAGE WITH THAT PERSON.
2.YOU HAVE TO FILE A PROPER APPLICATION TO THE DISTRICT AND SESSIONS COURT ENCLOSING THE COPY OF SAID MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AND PRAY FOR CANCELLATION OF THE SAME AND FOR NULLIFYING THE MARRIAGE / FOR DIVORCE.
3COURT WILL PASS JUST AND PROPER ORDER.
4 I CAME ACROSS SIMILAR CASE THE DIST COURT PASSED THE ORDER AND REGISTERED MARRIAGE WAS NULLIFIED.

Hideing facts and deciving to others is a big offence, in your case , after registered marriage, you both (husband and wife) changed your mind to not to co-habit togher. If this is a case, first , legally you have to be divorced as stated by our learned friends.

dear sirs, i don know what to do i don want to disclose dis to my parents. if i apply for cancellation will others come to know it?or even if i hide dis n marry an other n if i register that marriage will all come to know?

The marriage cannot be cancelled just like that. Both of you have to file a mutual consent divorce petition. It will take minimum 18 months to conclude.
In the meanwhile, please tell, whether the boy (who is not interested in you now) has already got married to someone else or not?

First blunder you have committed is, you have married a boy and registered the same without having any fore-sight. You can not hide this fact to any body as Registration is a public document. It is the most powerful evidence as per Hindu Marriage Act. Either you like or not, live or not, you both are legally wedded couples. Unless you apply for cancellation of marriage with sufficient reasons, or with mutual consent, and got the marriage nullified, you can re-marry any body. It is really surprising that even at this stage you do not wish to reveal the fact to your parents. If both of you can not live together, even against the wishes of parents, you reveal the fact to your parents and seek their help in getting the marriage nullified.

Contact a lawyer and ask him to file mutual divorce if possible otherwise divorce on the ground of nullity of marriage for non-consummation.

You are inviting many troubles for you as you are ready to hide and want to go for plural marriage. What ever our learned friends advised please follows it.
