A serious question

(Querist) 17 December 2015 This query is : Resolved

A simple but serious question:
Causing chaos and disruption in the parliament for any personal or political party issue shouldn't be a serious crime? when so many important policies and decisions in public interest are pending before the parliament needs to be discussed and argued and those are getting delayed because of this behaviour of our elected members of any political party..

Who cares?

Yours is a Law House, developed by experienced smart dynamic professionals, so there seems no need to emphasize not to forget the saying, "who will bell the cat?"

So, you can wel understand, who can direct them to follow any discipline?

When law makers don't think appropriate to follow any law or discipline, who can question them? They make laws for the people to bind them, but don't make any law for themselves to discipline themselves.

After all, we have elected them to represent the people of India or to create chaos anywhere at their sweet will.

They say, the Parliament is the temple of democracy, but the electors and trainers are banned to enter that temple. So, destiny of that temple cannot be changed unless they become self disciplined by themselves.

That has to be endured, what cannot be cured. That is the fate of People of India!

Law makers turn law breakers;democracy has its bane and boon. Parliament appears seized by hooligans in the same way as any college or University by students;finally judiciary will consider it necessary to cross fine line of demarcation and dictate to these elected representatives which they will castigate in the name of interference and overstepping. UNFORTUNATE only as masses are unaware and with 8% graduates , our country is still in nascent stage of democracy

Parliament is not a police station where one event of indiscipline or otherwise can drag anybody to court for years on false cases apart from physical abuse.

They are members of privileged house, members who represent us. They are free to enjoy privilege for so called common cause / for mass, till law prevent them to do so or dictatorship comes in force.

Not only parliament but disruption of the proceedings has become a common practice in all the assembly's too.crores of public money is being spent for conduct of the sessions, but the elected representatives behave in an arrogant n unruly manner forgetting that they are being watched by millions through visual media.I feel nursery kids are better in behaviour.
