According to the shops and establishment Act, "hours of work" or "working hours" means the time during which the persons employed are at the disposal of the employer exclusive of any interval allowed for rest and meals and "hours worked" has corresponding meaning.

The Work Hours, break, spread,OT are duly explained in the applicable Acts.

If there is anything that is against the provisions then take up with concerned authority in gentle manner.
