Which court should i approached for my arear in basic pay?

(Querist) 06 October 2015 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

I am now working in IOCL, a central PSU. Earlier I worked in AIR Port Authority of India (AAI) for few years. When I joined AAI for the post I worked, AAI lowered Basic Pay of the post I joined compared to the Basic Pay as advertised by AAI for the said post. All of us approached High Court for this disparity created by AAI. Honorable Court ordered AAI to pay the amount of Basic Pay as advertised by AAI. The appropriate authority of AAI later issued relevant order to pay the actual pay as ordered by court. Till then I joined IOCL giving resignation letter to AAI as per norms. Though the appropriate authority of AAI in its order mentioned my name to pay the actual Basic Pay as per Court’s order but present AAI authority where I worked didn’t pay the actual Basic Pay for the period I worked as arrear showing the reason of my resignation letter to AAI. They also told me that I need a Court order in my favor if I want the actual Basic Pay as I have resigned from AAI.
My question is that what should I do? In which court should I approach? Lowered court or High Court of my place of worked in area where I worked for AAI?

Regards,

Abhijit

On which post you worked in the AAI?

Also, what is your real name, "SURAJIT" or "ABHIJIT," as on another post at the following link, you have mentioned your name as Surajit, but in your present query, as Abhijit?

Dear Sir,
As per my profile I am a chemist in a PSU. I have deep interest in service law. So sometimes many people come to me with their many queries. Accordingly I posted these queries in their names in the link as registered with Lawyersclubindia.

I have not yet come across any incidence where any psu have posts of chemists.

Further, what about your fake names, abhijit or surajit?

If you have interest in service law, what was the need for posting vague questions with fake indenties?

Dear Sir,

There are many PSUs in INDIA which

operate chemical laboratories for their

factories(chemical plants) e.g. ONGC,

IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, NTPC and many others

which are recruiting chemists for their

chemical laboratories in the factories. I

don't know whether it is a fake identity

but the query is not vague as many experts

in other this type of forums suggested me

to approach concerned High Court as a

solution. It is a real incidence and we

are preparing to approach the concerned

High Court with the help of a reputed

lawyer.

Our sincere thanks and gratitude to those

experts from whom we got valuable advices

for our query.

Thanks to lawyersclub and other this type

of forums who are giving valuable solution

for our legal queries for a long time.

Your question pertained to IOCL and AAI, which do not recruit chemists.

When you have used two different names of yourself, Abhijt" and "Surajit" for yourself, you have not given your clarification on that issue, when specifically asked. So, why your ID identity should not be treated as fake? I

If you don't know whether yours is a fake identity or not, who else knows.
