Transfer of agricultural land

hie all,

There is some Agricultural land Registered on My Father's Name. My father passed away 2 years back.
Now we thought to Register that land on my mothers name, so how to proceed now ?

Get in Touch with your Local Good Advocate and First Obtain Legal Heir Certificate.Basing On that the Other Legal Heirs Should Execute Released Deed in Favour of your Mother To make Her the Absolute Owner.Consult your Advocate.

The land would be inherited in the name of all the legal heirs. Other heirs may give registered relinquishment deed.
