Trade service of property from huf to individual

I have a property that is registered under HUF and huf has 4 members. After partition it was agreed that the property will be given to me and I won't have to pay anything for that property. How can I transfer the ownership of property from huf to under my name with least possible cost. Because the options that are suggested to me till now are costing atleast 2.5lakhs. The property circle rate is 52 lakhs

If partition has already been effected as per your version HUF should have allotted possession also to you.Get the property mutated by showing the partition deed and allotment letter of your share or property and possession documents in revenue records.

You can execute partition deed as suggested. You may have to pay stamp duty and registration charges for the same. After registration of partition deed you can effect mutation entry of the same.

Hey could you tell me how much is the stamp duty and registration charges. Also what are the charges for mutation entry. If you could give me an estimated breakdown for the same that would be great. Also are there any other charges apart from these 3.

@usha Kapoor. Mam the partition is only verbal at the moment but there is no family dispute and everyone has agreed for the same. So there is no official document as of now. Keep in mind we have other properties registered under my fathers name that is going to my brothers and the property that I am getting 100% of is registered under huf
