Substitution of name of husband in place of wife

MY DECEASED WIFE WAS AN APPLICANT IN BPTP ( BUILDER), AFTER PAYING MAJOR INSTALLMENTS SHE DEMISED. NOW WHEN MY ONLY DAUGHTER RELINQUISHED HER RIGHT IN MY FAVOUR THE BUILDER ASKS TO APPLY AFRESH FOR SUBSTITUTION, WHEREAS MY SAY IS WHY A FRESH APPLICATION IS NEEDED WHEN A BOOKING IS EXISTING IN HER NAME AND I WANT MY NAME BE SUBSTITUTED. WHAT IS THE LAW IN SUCH CASES.

As it is already registered in your wife's name, now you have to apply for change of name in your favour along with the copy of death certificate and copy relinquieshment deed of your daughter.

As it Is already registered In y0ur demised wife's name and you will have to apply for change of name in your favor, along with a copy of death certificate and a copy of RELINQUISHMENT DEED REGISTERED.of your daughter..
