Statuory bonus

sir,
i want to know how much amount should i recieve as statuory bonus from the organisation where i am presently working from last 14 months.my baisc salary including DA is under RS,10000.to be precise it is only 8500/month.
i have resigned my job ,am i still get the statuory bonus.please clarify.

The company shall declare the bonus and has to pay it before 30th Nov to avoid penalty.

The company can pay it earlier also.

You are covered by the Payment of Bonus Act and if you have not committed any wrong as defined in the Act, the payment can not be denied.

If payment is not made to you then you may approach:
