HINDU Grandfather gifted a portion of his undivided self acquired property to minor granddaughter.Grandfather's first wife predeceased him. The minor granddaughter is descended from his first marriage(son's daughter}.After the death of the grandfather, does his widowed wife from second marriage has a right to minor's undivided gifted property???

If the gift deed of immovable property is not registered then it may not be valid.

The succession may set in and share shall be per Hindu Succession Laws and ClassI legal heirs have 1st right i.e; Mother (if alive as on date of death), wife (if alive as on date of death), sons ,daughters……………….

The said gift deed is registered. my question is as per Hindu Succession Laws,
does grandfather's widowed wife from second marriage has a right to minor's undivided gifted property??? CAN SHE CLAIM A SHARE???
