1. What is your locus standie?
2. Section 82 of The Registration Act, 1908 provides for the penalty for making false statements, delivering false copies or transactions, false personation, and abetment;
3. Whereas, Section 83 empowers the Registerating Officers to commence prosecution.
4. Which sample is required by you, who requires it ???

extremely happy for a prompt reply,
1. I wanted to file a complain with SRO for cancel of two sale deeds registered by way of fraud document.
2. I want SRO to prosecute the people for the crime.
I have document proof, CCB report and court judgement

Dr. J C Vashista,
Sir, I was very impressed by viewing your profile. I am an Ex-serviceman from IAF, I had purchased a piece of land in 1993 measuring Five cent at Chennai while in service. My property being grabbed by two person and fitting case in Sub-court Chennai.
Now I found that the document of defendant were registered by way of fraud, hence I wanted to file a complain U/S 82 and 83, Registration Act,1908.
