Sale agreement

Dear Experts
Greetings of the day.My question is regarding to land of uttar pradesh
My uncle made a registered POA power of attorney to my father for selling his share of land in year 1995
Now my father made a aggreement on stamp with witness to sell his share of land in my mother name in that year.
Now both my father and uncle are expired
And his sons are not willing to make a registerd sale.
Can we do something to get that agreement execued?

If the agreement to sale terms permit, may file case of specific performance. Show all documents to local lawyer and discuss.

The POA is registered.
Get the clauses/T&C examined by a LOCAL senior very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/civil matters having successful track record and well versed with local rules/laws............for a considered opinion on options and merits in each option.
