Good morning sir, I am from Andhra Pradesh. My mother ST( konda reddis), father (non-tribe) after marriage 5 to 6 years after taken divorce.live me along with mother.my mother next 1 year she is having 2 nd marriage( koya tribe) I am facing lot of struggles completed M.sc,B.Ed .I have my mother's relatives surname using & claim ST status.further any problem . After 2005 SC declared Tribal women & non tribe father can have off spring gives father caste status.i am completely tribal habitations what I can status claim caste? I am what I should proceed further ? Now preparing Civils services examination please clarify my doubt?In Andhra Pradesh so many this type of offsprings claim ST status GO NO 374.

Only the Caste of father would be normally applicable to the Child.

Your Mother should have made the Claims in Court for Maintenance .Now you are an Adult and your mother is remarried and chances are remote.

If as per your statements, "Recently SC tribal women non tribe father his offspring can get tribal status given.ap Govt go no 374 given Tribal status" and "Aftab Alam & ranjana bench this offspring can get tribal status mother's environment" your case is similar in nature and characteristics, what is the hitch in claiming the desired status from the concerned Government authorities by getting ST Certificate issued, or to take order through court of law?

This is the case from so many tribal womens faces a problem.forward caste men can have a sexual position use.after give birth baby/ son. he is escaped.after she what next position she get status? That person not knowing identity address? Tribal women do not have education.no help .my intention is how to survive tribal rights.i know any boy / girl further have father caste.tribal women and forward caste men offspring what can get status.

There are strong Legal forces to help the Tribal women if they were cheated by Other Castes.There are Free Legal aid forums in all Courts as well.But every claim should be with in the Time.In your Case there is No other option and being a good educated Person your education would support you in Life.

Are you discussing your own case or the case of so many tribal women, who face a problem?
Your present post merely hints about your hypothetical story, not your personal case.
About your statement, "so many tribal womens faces a problem.forward caste men can have a sexual position use.after give birth baby/ son. he is escaped.after she what next position she get status," since the courts and Government recognise the provisions of law, you may have to approach political representative of your constituency to take up the case appropriately with the Government for amendment in relevant laws and rules to be taken care of the cases of so many tribal women.
You are also free to file a PIL in the HC or the SC on the issue of women & their children facing such type of problem.

If your caste on your certificates and on record and as well as; Govt Orders and per directions from apex court is ST then what is the issue.
If you have Downloaded the GO,apex court judgment : apply it.
