sir,
my father has expired without leaving any will of his agriculture land.I am a married
daughter of my father along with brothers lawerys say there is no right of married daughter in his father,s agriculture property , is it true? If yes then why?In uttarakhand state.

In other thread you have been advised to consult local lawyers in UP.You were also given reference of threads on similar queries in Forum section. In these threads some of the possibilities and remedies were discussed.
You may discuss with senior LCI Expert Shri Prabhakar Singh who is from UP.
In UP the daughters are not eligible for share in agricultural land.
Refer to: UP land and Zamindari Abolition Act and matters pertaining to it are decided by revenue officers/courts..................agriculture being state subject.

Then you may face issues as per latest Supreme Court of India judgment that decided that father and daughter should be alive for partition/share.......
