Right of inheritance in ex grand mother property as per hindu law

(Querist) 26 April 2017 This query is : Resolved
Mr A & Mrs.B married as per Hindu law. After wedding they become parents of two sons. Mr A(husband) died. Some year later Mrs.B (wife) married to a person C and the said person C adopted those two sons. Now a property belong to mother D of A(deceased) and the said D died intestate leaving behind her two married daughter.
My question is That son of A & B have any right in the property of D while Mr C legally adopted them? If yes, what are the share of those?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 April 2017
It is believed that they (all involved) are all Hindu.

And the adoption was valid.

Confirm.

Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act 1956

Section 12 : an adopted child is deemed to be a natural child of his adopted parents for all purposes. All relations with the natural parents and family are severed and new relationships with the adopted parents are established. …………………………………the adopted child is not divested of his property that has vested in him before adoption and that an adopted child cannot divest anybody of his vested property after adoption.

The 1st right on self acquired property of Hindu woman dying intestate is of her: Husband, sons, daughters.

The 1st right on self acquired property of Hindu man dying intestate is of his ClassI legal heirs i.e; Mother, Wife, sons, daughters………………

Share can be calculated as per family tree of each owner.
