Rejection of my scholorship application without any error

RESPECTED LAWERS PRANAM
I AM RAHUL RAY FROM JAUNPUR UP.AND I AM STUDENT OF CPL AT AMBER AVIATION PVT LTD DEHRADUN.
SIR I APPLY UP POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP IN 2013-2014 SESSION.BUT I NEVER FOUND MY SCHOLARSHIP. I WRITE MANY LETTER TO DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL WELFARE DEPARTMENT AND OTHER OFFICER BUT THEY NEVER GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF RESPONSE. SO I SHALL FILE A CASE AT ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT TO GIVE A ORDER OR DIRECTION OF MY SCHOLORSHIP PROSSES AFER COURT ORDER THEN THEY WILL SENT ME A LETTER OF REJECETION OF MY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION AND GIVE A RESONE YOU ARE NOT SUBMITTED YOUR FATHERS INCOME CERTIFICATE BUT I SHALL SUBMIT MY FATHERS ICOME CERTIFICATE. THEY SHOWS YOUR APLICATION IS REJCETED IN MONTH OF MAY AND THEY WILL SENT ME A REJECTION LETTER AT NOVEMBER MONTH THUS MY CAREER IS GOING IN HELL.
AND MT LYER IS ALSO DEMANDING LOT OF MONEY AND I AM NOT ABLE TO GIVE LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE I AM BELONGING VERY POOR FAMILY SO I WANNA TO KNOW PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTION WHAT CAN I DO I THIS CASE HOW TO I FILE ANOTHER CASE IN HIGH COURT AS A PERSON BECAUSE I AM NOT ABLE TO HIRE A LYRE,

Apply under RTI and get all information about your application and then you will be able to decide what to do.

Take the help of the free legal aid services available at each and every district court complex across the length and breadth of he country and pursue your case by discarding your greedy lawyer.

Respected Venkatesh Sir. I File 4 Times RTI. But They Never Give Any type of response and i also file 1st appeal they also never give any reply then i file secound appeal in rajya suchna aayog but after 2 month the aayog is also never give any decian or any other response thanks.

Respected T.Kalaiselvan sir, i go many time free legal aid services but there responce and other think is too bad they are telling are you mad how to you file any case against any officer if you file any case then you alway loose you case because you are belonging poor family and also sc caste.

Second appeal take time in disposal, there are lot of appeals pending at second appeal stage.
The legal aid center may be saying so as it is possible that they found no merit in your case.
You have the option to consult some private lawyer. It may be possible that his charges be high as compared to the amount of scholarship.
Alternately you may continue writing to distt. authorities and state government and SC / ST commission.
