Registration : government orders

I purchased site in the year 1984 After wards the land is in my possession : in the year 2006 I gave site to a builder for construction of Apartment

In due course of Apartment construction : full PLAN approval is there and flat were sold out : only 8 flat left to my share : Now I want to sell one of my flat:

My survey No: 30/1 & 30/2

The Under Section : 22A Registration banned survey No is : 30/1A

When I approached the Registration : the office people objected to register my Apartment Flat:

NOW WHAT CAN I DO FOR THIS: IS THERE ANY GOVERNMENT ORDERS FOR REGISTRATION MY FLAT

Author, if the S.No. 30/1A is a government land, any part in S.No.30/1 cannot be registered as per Sec.22-A of Registration Act and rules there under and also executive instructions by the IG. so you have to apply to the District Collector concerned who is competent authority for deletion or adding or modification of the S.Nos. Then only registration will be done. and if the property relates to AP, such deletion or adding or modification of the S.Nos will be sent to IG and it turn it will be done.
