Registration charges

(Querist) 21 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
Respected all members,
One of our company is situated at Delhi and now company want to purchase office premises for it in Delhi.
My query is
1) What is charge of registration of this office property i.e. % of stamp and transfer duty. Is it 5% (if buyer men) or 3% (is buyer is women) ? then for company ?

2) if above mentioned property is owned by another company and we purchase another company then automatically property will be transferred to us so in this case stamp and transfer duty will be levied or not ?

Thanks in advance.....
