What has been your lawyers role so far to keep them under the grip of law, if they are absenting or trying to abscond to foreign country?

Mr. Jigyasu has asked very genuine question. It seems your lawyer is not capable to handle the issue or you do not rely on him.
In both the situations, you may better change your lawyer.
