Recover money

We did a new agreement and transfer money to a firm's current account but now that firm is not responding. Firm is in Indore , I have there contact details but they are not picking my phone.
Should we go in legal proceedings, how much will be the expense. I am in Ghaziabad do I need to go to Indore?

No effort on your part can help you recover your money unless you are sure about the owners of the firm and their whereabouts.

At first check existence of the firm, their owners and think about going legal only after you have some definite information about them. Hitting in dark may not help you in any way.

Nobody can answer your question on expenses without going in to detail of the case.

Yours is quite an unbelievable story that you made an agreement and remitted money without knowing anything about the firm and its owners.

However, can you make clear, what was the agreement about and how much money was transferred to the firm's account by you and for what purpose?

Prima facie it is an academic hypothetical story.
However, if there is some truth in the query consult a local lawyer.
