I have an query as in case of Non-Irrigated land minimum how much area (Guntha) is mandatory to transfer"Kharedi Khat" & 7/12

Hi, I have an query as i wanted to buy a land. So incase of Non-Irrigated land minimum how much area (Guntha) is mandatory to buy to make "Kharedi Khat" & 7/12 on my name.

It is advisable for you to visit the nearest sub-registrar's office. There are specific rules related to minimum area to purchase or sale of agricultural land in maharashtra. But if some area of Gat number or survey number itself is of smaller than the provision, then in such exceptional case the sale deed of small area can also be executed. The related documents need to be seen.
